Job Description: The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for sales success, running a business, dairy cattle amino acid nutrition, and have demonstrated leadership skills; Minimum of an undergraduate degree in an agricultural discipline and 5 or more years experience in a technical sales and marketing role;
Responsibilities of this position are:

• Develop and implement short and long term marketing strategies, plans, and programs to achieve sales and profitability objectives.
• Establish and maintain an open and honest network with fellow team members on the Venture Milling Staff, as well as, clients and prospective clients.
• Represent the company at various functions.
• Generate sufficient product volume and gross margin.
• Participate in new product development .
• Maintain a high level of customer service with existing clients and prospective clients, while maintaining accurate records of call activity, expenses, and the sales process with each client and prospective client.
